We warrants manufactured products against manufacturing defects either in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. All types of fabrics (includes motor, pleated, roller or vertical) are warranted under normal use for a period of three years.
Our Imported Basswood Shutters carry a 3 YEAR WARRANTY on our workmanship for all residential applications. This warranty is not transferable and is only for the benefit of the original purchaser from Window Fashion Studio.

- normal wear & tear
- water damage
- cleaning or maintenance abuse
- alterations
- misuse
- exposure to elements
- excessive humidity, fading or discolouration over time
